- Sue Rong Hai - (GF)

Sirlion Steak with Isaaan Dipping Sauce, known in Thai as Sue Rong-Hai, Sue means Tiger and Rong-Hai means Crying, is one of the famous dishes in Northeast (Isaarn) of Thailand.
There are several reasons and legends about how the dish received its name. One reason is that it comes from the beef part, which is the beef brisket. The marbling in beef brisket resembled tiger stripes. As the brisket sizzled on the hot grill, the fat dripped down, resembling tears. It looked as if the tiger was crying.

For our Sue Rong-Hai dish, we carefully selected high-quality sirloin steak from the local butcher shop, cooked to your desired level of doneness, and served with Jaew sauce (Isaan dipping sauce).
